Noisy hallways.

Very comfortable, both bed and spaciousness. Attractive rooms, clean hotel and hallways were noisy. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel was very clean and the room was very pleasant.

Our room was not cleaned, bed made or towels refreshed. We had to ask for towels at 4:00 pm.

We have stayed at the Marriott in Park Ridge. This hotel was also very clean and neat. As I said before. We had to call at 4:00 pm to ask for towels and we needed to get ready for an affair so there was no time to have the bed made or the room cleaned. We have never had this happen before. Room service (cleaning) comes in rather late in the afternoon.
